Construction and Application of a Preferred Appointment Resource Recommendation System for Hierarchical Medical Care Based on Multi-model Collaboration

• 摘要：目的/意义 构建市级家庭医生分级诊疗优势号源智能推荐系统，改善基层首诊占比不足、转诊精准度低和号源匹配不均衡等问题，提升家庭医生签约服务质效和分级诊疗效能。方法/过程 采用四层逻辑架构，融合大数据采集、治理与分析技术，部署专家推荐、医院优势号源推荐及最优组合推荐三大算法模型，实现精准匹配与转诊功能。结果/结论 本系统可提高全市优势号源推荐采纳率和转诊履约率等，有效优化医疗资源配置，强化家庭医生枢纽作用，为区域分级诊疗高效落地提供实践参考。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance A municipal intelligent recommendation system for priority appointment slots in hierarchical medical care for family doctors is constructed to address insufficient primary care consultation rate at grassroots level, low referral accuracy and unbalanced appointment slot matching, and improve the quality of contracted services provided by family doctors and the efficiency of hierarchical medical care.Method/Process A four-layer logical architecture was adopted with integrated big data collection, governance and analytical technologies. Three algorithm models including expert-based recommendation, hospital advantage  appointment recommendation and optimal combination recommendation were deployed to realize precise matching and intelligent referral.Result/Conclusion The system can increase the adoption rate of recommended priority appointment slots and referral fulfillment rate in the city.It effectively optimizes the allocation of medical resources and strengthens the pivotal role of family doctors, providing practical references for the efficient implementation of regional hierarchical medical care.
