Recent Advances in the Treatment of Combined Small Cell Lung Cancer

• 摘要：复合型小细胞肺癌（combined small cell lung cancer, C-SCLC）作为小细胞肺癌（small cell lung cancer, SCLC）的特殊亚型，以肿瘤组织中同时存在 SCLC 与非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC）成分为核心病理特征，约占 SCLC 总数的 10%-20%。由于其病理异质性强、临床数据匮乏，长期以来缺乏标准化诊疗方案。本综述系统梳理近 5 年C-SCLC在病理诊断、分子机制、治疗策略（手术、化疗、放疗、分子靶向）及预后等领域的最新研究进展。研究发现，多学科诊疗（multidisciplinary treatment, MDT）结合分子检测指导的个体化治疗可显著改善患者预后，但化疗耐药、靶向靶点有限等问题仍待解决。

  Abstract: Combined small cell lung cancer (C-SCLC), as a special subtype of small cell lung cancer (SCLC), is characterized pathologically by the presence of both SCLC and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) components in the tumor tissue, accounting for about 10%-20% of all SCLC cases. Due to its strong pathological heterogeneity and the lack of clinical data, there has long been no standardized treatment protocol. This review systematically summarizes the latest research progress over the past five years on C-SCLC in areas such as pathological diagnosis, molecular mechanisms, treatment strategies (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy), and prognosis. Studies have found that multidisciplinary treatment (MDT) combined with molecular testing-guided personalized therapy can significantly improve patient outcomes, but issues like chemotherapy resistance and limited targeted therapy options still need to be addressed.
