• 摘要：外阴佩吉特病（Paget disease of the vulva，PDV）是临床罕见的外阴恶性肿瘤，具有发病率低、临床症状不典型的特点，临床误诊、漏诊率较高。本文回顾性分析我院收治的2例外阴佩吉特病患者的临床资料，其中病例1因卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤入院手术，术中外阴活检确诊合并外阴佩吉特病；病例2因外阴顽固性瘙痒伴局部肿块就诊，切除肿物经病理检查明确诊断。结合2例患者的临床特征、诊疗过程及随访预后，同时复习相关文献，总结外阴佩吉特病的临床诊断要点、治疗原则及临床诊疗注意事项，旨在为临床早期识别、规范诊疗该疾病提供参考依据。

  Abstract: Paget disease of the vulva (PDV)? is a rare malignant tumor of the vulva characterized by a low incidence and atypical clinical symptoms, leading to a high rate of clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of two cases of PDV? treated in our hospital. Case 1? was admitted for surgery due to an ovarian thecoma, and a concurrent PDV was confirmed by intraoperative vulvar biopsy. Case 2? presented with intractable vulvar pruritus accompanied by a local mass, and the diagnosis was definitively established via pathological examination following excision of the lesion. Based on the clinical features, diagnostic and therapeutic processes, and follow-up outcomes of these two patients—combined with a review of relevant literature—we summarized the key points for clinical diagnosis, treatment principles, and precautions for PDV. This study aims to provide a reference for the early recognition and standardized diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
