全自主超声扫查机器人对甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断的临床分析

  • 摘要:【摘要】目的 分析在甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中,采用全自主超声扫查机器人的临床应用价值。方法 选取2022年11月至2025年6月160例接受全自主超声扫查机器人检查并经病理证实的甲状腺结节患者。所有患者均先后接受全自主超声扫查机器人检查和高年资超声医师人工检查,以病理结果为金标准,比较两种检查方法的效果。结果 全自主超声扫查机器人与人工超声在超声特征检测方面,一致性较好,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在C-TIRADS分级方面,两组对2类、3类、4A类、4B/4C类结节的诊断,一致性较好(P>0.05),两组良恶性诊断准确率一致性较好(P>0.05)机器人检查平均耗时略长于人工检查(P<0.05),图像质量评分略低于人工检查(P<0.05)。两组患者对检测满意度差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论 在甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中,采用全自主超声扫查机器人,具有较高的准确性和可靠性,与人工超声诊断效能相当,且具有标准化扫查、可重复性强等优势,可作为甲状腺结节筛查与诊断的有效辅助工具,值得推广。

    Abstract: Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical application value of fully autonomous ultrasound scanning robots in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 160 patients with thyroid nodules who underwent fully autonomous ultrasound scanning robot examination and were pathologically confirmed between November 2022 and June 2025 were selected. All patients received both fully autonomous ultrasound scanning robot examination and manual examination by senior ultrasound physicians, with pathological results serving as the gold standard to compare the efficacy of the two methods. Results In terms of ultrasound feature detection, the fully autonomous ultrasound scanning robot and manual ultrasound demonstrated good consistency without statistically significant differences (P>0.05). Regarding C-TIRADS classification, both groups showed high diagnostic consistency for Class 2, Class 3, Class 4A, and Class 4B/4C nodules (P>0.05), as well as comparable accuracy rates for benign and malignant diagnoses (P>0.05). The robotic examination required slightly longer average time than manual examination (P<0.05) and resulted in slightly lower image quality scores (P<0.05). No significant differences were observed in patient satisfaction levels between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, fully autonomous ultrasound scanning robots exhibit high accuracy and reliability, comparable diagnostic performance to manual ultrasound, and advantages such as standardized scanning protocols and strong reproducibility. They can serve as an effective auxiliary tool for thyroid nodule screening and diagnosis and are worthy of promotion.
