A Qualitative Study on the Current Status of Digital Technology-Enabled Primary-Level Weight Management

• 摘要：目的/意义 超重与肥胖是我国重要公共卫生问题,患病率高且关联慢性病。本研究剖析深圳市数字技术赋能基层体重管理的创新实践、系统性挑战及优化策略,为全国基层体重管理数字化转型提供参考。 方法/过程 采用案例研究法，选取深圳5家社康、2家科技企业、1家科研机构,通过半结构化访谈、实地观察及文献分析收集资料,运用主题框架法分析数据。 结果/结论 提炼出3个核心主题及8个亚主题,存在数据孤岛、人力不足、数字鸿沟等挑战,应对策略包括统一标准、完善医保支付、优化适老化服务等。数字技术可有效赋能基层体重管理,需通过多主体协同破解现存挑战,为基层体重管理数字化转型提供可行路径。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance Overweight and obesity constitute major public health issues in China, characterized by high prevalence and close association with chronic diseases. This study aims to analyze the innovative practices, systemic challenges, and optimization strategies of digital technology-enabled primary-level weight management in Shenzhen, thereby providing references for the digital transformation of primary-level weight management nationwide. Method/Process A case study method was adopted, with 5 community health service centers, 2 technology enterprises, and 1 scientific research institution in Shenzhen. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, on-site observations, and literature analysis, and thematic analysis was applied to process the data. Result/Conclusion Three core themes and eight sub-themes were extracted. Meanwhile, challenges such as data silos, insufficient human resources, and digital divide were identified, and corresponding strategies were proposed, including unifying standards, improving medical insurance payment mechanisms, and optimizing age-appropriate services. Digital technology can effectively empower primary-level weight management. It is necessary to address existing challenges through multi-stakeholder collaboration and provide a feasible path for the digital transformation of primary-level weight management.
