Effect of shared decision making on HbA1c and self-management in type 2 diabetes mellitus: a meta-analysis

• 摘要：【】目的 系统评价共享决策对2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白及自我管理的影响。方法 检索中英文数据库有关共享决策对2型糖尿病患者效果评价的随机对照研究(RCT),检索时限均为建库至2025年7月,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入14篇文献。结果显示共享决策能有效降低糖化血红蛋白值,提高患者的自我管理能力,提高糖尿病相关知识水平(均P<0.05)。结论 当前证据表明,与常规护理相比,共享决策能改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制水平,降低糖化血红蛋白值,提高自我管理能力和糖尿病相关知识水平。

  Abstract: 【】 Objective To systematically evaluate the impact of shared decision-making on glycated haemoglobin levels and self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Randomised controlled trials (RCTs) assessing the efficacy of shared decision-making in type 2 diabetes patients were retrieved from Chinese and English databases.Searches covered the period from the databases inception to July 2025, with a meta-analysis conducted using RevMan 5.4 software. Results Fourteen studies were included. A meta-analysis revealed that, compared with conventional care, shared decision-making effectively enhanced patients self-management capabilities, reduced HbA1c levels, and improved diabetes-related knowledge (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Current evidence indicates that shared decision-making, compared with conventional care, improves glycaemic control, lowers HbA1c levels, and enhances self-management capabilities and diabetes-related knowledge in patients with type 2 diabetes.
