Clinical Application of the Meridian Grid Theory: A Signal-Energy Integration Model Based on the Five Phases Interpromotion and Restraint, Meridian Tropism of Chinese Materia Medica, and Five-Tone Therapy

• 摘要：摘要：基于前期提出的“经脉网格论”，本文进一步探讨经脉之间的相互影响机制，并将该理论应用于解释五行生克、中药归经、止血原理及五音疗疾等中医临床实践。通过分析经脉脏腑相关的现代研究、归经理论的量化分析、针刺止血的分子机制以及五音疗法的生物物理学基础，论证了经脉作为动态信号网络的本质。以四君子汤和小柴胡汤为例，阐释方剂配伍的“信号协同”机制。本文为理解中医临床治法提供了统一的底层理论框架。

  Abstract: Abstract: Based on the previously proposed "Meridian Grid Theory," this paper further explores the interaction mechanisms among meridians and applies this theoretical framework to explain clinical practices in traditional Chinese medicine, including the interpromotion and restraint among the Five Phases, meridian tropism of Chinese materia medica, the principles of hemostasis, and Five-Tone therapy. By analyzing modern research on the viscera-manifestation relationships of meridians, quantitative studies on the theory of meridian tropism, the molecular mechanisms of acupuncture hemostasis, and the biophysical foundations of Five-Tone therapy, this paper demonstrates the fundamental nature of meridians as dynamic signal networks. Using Sijunzi Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction as examples, it elucidates the "signal synergy" mechanism in formula compatibility. This study aims to provide a unified underlying theoretical framework for understanding clinical therapeutic principles in traditional Chinese medicine.
