课前问卷调查教学法在妇产科见习教学中的应用

  • 摘要:【】目的 分析课前问卷调查教学法在妇产科临床见习教学中的应用价值。方法 以2017年9月至2022年8月在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院妇产科见习的206名医学生为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统教学法、试验组采用课前问卷调查教学法(课前问卷调查-针对性教学-课后问卷及考核评估)开展妇产科临床见习的教学,比较两组的教学效果,评估教学效果采用见习结束后问卷调查得分与课后理论知识考核成绩及病例分析考核成绩。对试验组及对照组的实习结束后的教学评价结果及考核成绩等资料进行统计学分析。结果 传统教学法、课前问卷调查教学法两组一般资料的比较无明显差异,试验组教学效果的问卷调查得分的教学优良率(94.11%)显著高于对照组(77.88%)(P<0. 05),试验组学生课后理论知识考核成绩及病例分析考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在妇产科临床见习教学中应用课前问卷调查教学法,可针对性的进行教学,提高临床教师的临床教学效果,提升见习生的学习效率及课后考核成绩,改善妇产科临床见习教学的质量,课前问卷调查教学法在妇产科临床见习教学中具有较好的应用价值,但还需更大样本量的研究。

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the application effect of pre-class questionnaire teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology clinical internship. Methods A total of 206 medical interns in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department from Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, from September 2017 to August 2022,all the medical undergraduate interns in Obstetrics and Gynecology were divided into two groups, traditional teaching method group (control group) and the pre-class questionnaire survey teaching method group (experimental group) by using random number table method.Traditional teaching method and pre-class questionnaire method(Pre-class questionnaire survey - Targeted teaching - Post-class questionnaire and assessment evaluation) were used in clinical internship in obstetrics and gynecology respectively. The teaching effect of the traditional teaching method group and pre-class questionnaire survey teaching method group was compared by questionnaire survey scores and post-class theoretical knowledge assessment results and case analysis assessment results. The questionnaire survey scores and post-class theoretical knowledge assessment results and case analysis assessment results of the traditional teaching method group and pre-class questionnaire survey teaching method group after the clinical internship were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the general data between the traditional teaching method group and the pre-class questionnaire survey teaching method group.The excellent teaching rate in questionnaire survey scores of the pre-class questionnaire survey teaching method group (94.11%) was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching method group (77.88%) (P < 0.05). The post-class theoretical knowledge assessment results of the pre-class questionnaire survey teaching method group were significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching method group (P<0.05). The case analysis assessment results of the pre-class questionnaire survey teaching method group were significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching method group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the pre-class questionnaire teaching method in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology practice in clinical internship Teaching can be carried out in a targeted manner,can improve the clinical teaching effect of clinical teacher, improve students learning efficiency and exam results, improving the quality of clinical internship teaching in obstetrics and gynecology,the application of the pre-class questionnaire teaching method has good application value in the clinical internship teaching of obstetrics and gynecology, however, larger sample size studies are still needed.
