药食同源类中药防治郁证的研究进展

Research Progress on the Prevention and Treatment of Depression with Medicinal Foods of the Same Origin as Herbs

  • 摘要:随着健康产业的发展,药食同源中药因兼具医疗与保健功能、安全性高、不良反应少等特点备受关注。现代社会抑郁症发病率逐年攀升,药食同源中药在郁证的防治中意义重大。本文通过检索近五年抗抑郁药食同源中药的相关文献,从单味药四气五味归经、作用机制及应用现状等角度,探讨其抗抑郁用药特点,为抗抑郁药食同源产品开发与利用提供参考。。

    Abstract: With the vigorous development of the health industry, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) derived from food and medicine has received increasing attention due to its unique medical and health-care functions. This type of TCM contains various chemical components and is characterized by its easy accessibility, low toxicity, and few side effects. The incidence rate of depression in modern society has been rising year by year. With its natural and safe characteristics, TCM derived from food and medicine plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of depression. This article reviews relevant literature on antidepressant TCM derived from food and medicine in the past five years, discusses its medication characteristics in the prevention and treatment of depression, and expounds from multiple perspectives such as the four properties, five flavors, meridian tropism, mechanism of action, and current application status of individual herbs. It provides a reference for the development and sustainable utilization of antidepressant TCM derived from food and medicine, and hopes that TCM derived from food and medicine will play a greater role in the prevention and treatment of depression.
