摘要:目的 基于德尔菲法与层次分析法构建初级感染预防与控制专业人员能力评价体系,为医疗机构、高校和专业学协会的初级感控专业人员能力评价提供指导与参考。方法 通过文献检索和政策分析初步建立初级感控专业人员能力评价体系,经两轮德尔菲专家函询,对各级评价指标进行修改与删除,后采用层次分析法对确定的指标进行权重分析。结果 两轮函询均纳入16名专家,专家权威系数分别为0.929、0.944;肯德尔和谐系数由第一轮0.282上升为0.308;最终确立一套涵盖一级指标3项,二级指标16项和三级指标76项的初级感染预防与控制专业人员能力评价体系。结论 本评价体系建立了初级感控专业人员所需的特定知识体系和实践技能要求,能为我国初级感控专业人员综合能力提供依据。
Abstract: Objective To establish a competency evaluation system for junior infection prevention and control professionals using the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and to thereby provide a benchmark for their assessment in medical institutions, universities, and professional associations. Methods Through literature search and policy analysis, the competency evaluation system of junior infection prevention and control professionals was initially established. After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, the evaluation indexes at all levels were modified and deleted. The AHP was applied to determine the weights of indicators at all levels. Results Sixteen experts were included in the two rounds of correspondence; the expert authority coefficients were 0.929 and 0.944 respectively; the Kendalls coefficient of concordance increased from 0.282 to 0.308 in the first round; and finally the competency evaluation system of junior infection prevention and control professionals with 3 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 76 third-level indicators was established. Conclusion This evaluation system clarifies the specific knowledge system and practical skills requirements required by junior infection prevention and control professionals, and can provide a standardized reference for the education and training effect of junior infection prevention and control professionals in our country.
