Research Advances in Metadherin (MTDH) in Breast Cancer

• 摘要：异粘蛋白（metadherin, MTDH）作为重要的原癌基因，在恶性肿瘤发生发展中发挥关键驱动作用。其过表达可通过与多种信号分子相互作用，整合并放大下游促癌信号通路，进而促进肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭及转移等恶性生物学行为。近年来，MTDH与乳腺癌发生发展的密切关系已成为研究热点。本文系统综述MTDH基因在乳腺癌中的最新研究进展，重点探讨其分子机制、靶向治疗策略及预后评估价值，以期为该分子标志物的临床应用提供理论依据。

  Abstract: As an important proto-oncogene, metadherin (MTDH) plays a key driving role in malignant tumor development. Its overexpression can integrate and amplify the downstream pro-oncogenic signaling pathways through interaction with various signaling molecules, which in turn promotes malignant biological behaviors such as tumor cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. In recent years, the close relationship between MTDH and breast cancer development has become a hot research topic. In this article, we systematically review the latest research progress of MTDH gene in breast cancer, focusing on its molecular mechanism, targeted therapeutic strategy and prognostic value, with a view to providing a theoretical basis for the clinical application of this molecular marker.
