Analysis of the Diagnosis and Treatment Strategies for Sj?grens Syndrome Based on the Theory of

• 摘要：干燥综合征(Sjogrens syndrome，SS)是一种以淋巴细胞增殖导致进行性外分泌腺损伤为特征的慢性炎症性自身免疫病，主要临床表现为口眼干燥，属中医“燥痹”范畴。目前其病因尚未明确，西医治疗主要使用激素及免疫抑制剂等药物，不良反应多，且疾病易反复发作难愈。该文章主要介绍基于“一气周流”理论认识、治疗干燥综合征，同时结合脏腑辨证，提出运用健脾、疏肝、补肾等治法，以调理阴阳平衡，为中医药诊治干燥综合征提供理论依据。

  Abstract: : Primary Sj?grens syndrome (pSS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease characterized by lymphocyte proliferation and progressive exocrine gland damage. Its main clinical manifestations are dry mouth and eyes, which fall under the category of dryness impediment in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Currently, its etiology r2emains unclear. Western medical treatment primarily uses hormones and immunosuppressants, which often cause numerous adverse effects, and the disease is prone to recurrence and difficult to cure. This study primarily introduces the understanding and treatment of Sj?grens syndrome based on the One Qi Circuitism theory. Simultaneously, combined with visceral syndrome differentiation, it proposes the use of therapeutic methods such as fortifying the spleen, coursing the liver, and supplementing the kidney to regulate the balance of qi and yin, providing a theoretical basis for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of Sj?grens syndrome.
