Research on the subclassification of type B2 vessels in determining the depth of invasion of superficial esophageal carcinoma

• 摘要：浅表食管鳞状细胞癌(Superficial Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma,SESCC)的浸润深度准确判断对于制定合理的治疗策略至关重要。2011年日本食管学会(Japan Esophageal Society,JES)在原有的内镜分型基础上,提出了新的放大内镜分型,即AB分型。国内外多种研究均证实了JES分型的应用价值。然而,其分类中B2型血管的诊断准确率相对较低,限制了其临床应用价值。近年来,研究者研究了许多改进其准确率的方法,显著提高了诊断准确性。本文系统回顾了目前B2型血管亚分类的研究进展,为临床医师在SESCC诊疗决策中提供参考依据。

  Abstract: Accurate determination of the depth of invasion is crucial for formulating a reasonable treatment strategy for superficial esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (SESCC). In 2011, the Japan Esophageal Society (JES) proposed a new magnifying endoscopy classification, namely the AB classification, based on the original endoscopic classification. Numerous studies at home and abroad have confirmed the application value of the JES classification. However, the diagnostic accuracy of Type B2 vessels in this classification is relatively low, which limits its clinical application value. In recent years, researchers have explored many methods to improve its accuracy, which have significantly enhanced the diagnostic accuracy. This article systematically reviews the current research progress on the subclassifications of Type B2 vessels, providing a reference basis for clinicians in making diagnosis and treatment decisions for SESCC.
