The treatment of polymyositis/dermatomyositis-associated interstitial lung disease based on the differentiation of latent heat according to the Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue

• 摘要：多发性肌炎/皮肌炎相关间质性肺病(Polymyositis/Dermatomyositis-Interstitial lung disease,PM/DM-ILD)是一种常见的间质性肺病,中医治疗多发性皮肌炎/皮肌炎相关间质性肺病具有一定的优势。本文主要总结探讨温病理论中的“伏热”致病,从卫气营血辨治多发性皮肌炎/皮肌炎相关间质性肺病。

  Abstract: Polymyositis/dermatomyositis-associated interstitial lung disease (PM/DM-ILD) is a common form of interstitial lung disease, for which traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) demonstrates certain therapeutic advantages. This article summarizes and explores the pathogenic role of latent heat in Warm Disease theory and discusses the treatment of PM/DM-ILD through syndrome differentiation based on the Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue (Defense-Qi-Nutrient-Blood) framework.
