• 摘要：卓越认为卒中后抑郁发病以神机失守、肝气失疏为本，常伴有气血亏虚，或夹杂痰浊、郁热、血瘀等实邪而虚实并见，临床基于“木郁达之”理论治疗卒中后抑郁，以疏肝调神贯穿始末，平调气血、平衡阴阳，灵活化裁柴胡疏肝散、逍遥散等经典名方，配合针刺关元、印堂、中脘、气海、关元等穴，效如桴鼓。

  Abstract: Zhuoyue believes that the pathogenesis of post-stroke depression is essentially characterized by the loss of control of the mental mechanism and the failure of the liver qi to flow smoothly. It is often accompanied by deficiency of qi and blood, or complicated by excess pathogenic factors such as phlegm-turbidity, stagnant heat, and blood stasis, presenting a pattern of both deficiency and excess. Clinically, based on the theory of relieving the stagnation of the wood element, the treatment of post-stroke depression is carried out. The principle of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit runs through the whole treatment process, regulating qi and blood in a balanced way, and balancing yin and yang. Classic formulas such as Chaihu Shugan San and Xiaoyao San are flexibly modified. At the same time, acupuncture at acupoints such as Guanyuan, Yintang, Zhongwan, Qihai, and Guanyuan is applied, and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
