Use hospital information systems to aid organ donation efforts

• 摘要：为推动医院器官捐献工作的开展,结合目前器官捐献协调员工作模式,以提高器官捐献工作效率为目的应用医院信息系统平台构建潜在器官捐献者筛选管理模块。该模块于2022年1月至2022年12月在医院正式实施应用,操作简单,管理方便,院内潜在器官捐献者发现率较同期提高64%,捐献率较同期提高了57.1%。实现了器官捐献工作过程中对潜在器官捐献者的实时监控管理,改变了协调员被动接受信息的传统工作模式,解决了动态管理的难题,减少了跨区域转运问题,有效提高了院内潜在器官捐献者发现率。

  Abstract: In order to promote the work of organ donation in hospitals, combined with the current working mode of organ donation coordinators, the hospital information system platform was used to build a potential organ donor screening management module to improve the efficiency of organ donation work. The module was officially implemented in the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022, with simple operation and convenient management, and the discovery rate of potential organ donors in the hospital increased by 64% and the donation rate increased by 57.1% compared with the same period. It realizes real-time monitoring and management of potential organ donors in the process of organ donation, changes the traditional working mode of coordinators passively receiving information, solves the problem of dynamic management, reduces the problem of cross-regional transport, and effectively improves the discovery rate of potential organ donors in the hospital.
