Reflection on Nearly a Decade of the Research on the Development of Adult Education

• 摘要：中医适宜技术是传统医学的重要组成部分,各中医药院校开展的相关教育课程层出不穷,特别是在继续教育中深受欢迎。受到社会环境和个人需求变化等多种因素影响,研究者发现类似课程中对学习者的医学人文精神培养存在不足。而培养技能的同时培育精、诚、仁、德的品质是医学教育不可或缺的重要组成部分。对此,文章基于前期的探索实践提出了将医学人文精神培养融入中医适宜技术课程的内容设计和框架设置,以期提升中医适宜技术的育人效果。

  Abstract: Appropriate techniques for traditional Chinese medicine are an important component of traditional medicine, and relevant educational courses offered by various Chinese medical colleges and universities are constantly emerging, especially in continuing education, which is highly welcomed. Due to various factors such as changes in social environment and individual needs, researchers have found that there are deficiencies in the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit for learners in similar courses. Cultivating skills while cultivating qualities of precision, sincerity, benevolence, and morality is an indispensable and important component of medical education. Based on the previous exploration and practice, this article proposes to integrate the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit into the content design and framework setting of suitable Chinese medicine technology courses, in order to improve the educational effect of suitable Chinese medicine technology.
