• 摘要：公立医院高质量发展与三级医院绩效考核常态化背景下,TR医院利用信息化手段,自主研发模式,融合医院发展战略与管理理念,整合各业务系统,搭建了绩效管理数据平台,包括了医师岗位评价、重点耗材管理、DRG综合管理、绩效月报系统、重点指标监控等子系统,取得一定效果。同时提出高绩效管理对于数据中心、主索引以及自主研发能力等建设的重要性及未来发展方向。

  Abstract: Under the background of the high quality development of public hospitals and the normalization of performance assessment of tertiary hospitals, TR Hospital uses information means, independent research and development mode, integrates the hospital development strategy and management concept, integrates each business system, and builds a performance management data platform. It includes the sub-systems of doctor post evaluation, key consumables management, DRG comprehensive management, performance monthly report system, key indicators monitoring and so on, and has achieved certain effects. At the same time, the importance and future development direction of high performance management for the construction of data center, master index and independent research and development capacity are proposed.
