A Review of Empirical Research on Patients’ Intention to Use Hospital Intelligent Service

• 摘要：综述近五年国内外发表的31篇关于医院智能化服务患者使用意愿的实证研究，重点分析理论模型的选择与整合、变量设置与拓展以及研究方法，为今后更好地解释该领域用户的使用意愿提供参考。

  Abstract: The paper reviews 31 empirical research literature on patients’ intention to use hospital intelligent service both international and domestic over the past 5 years. Emphasis is placed on model selection and integration, variable setting and expansion, research methodology, so as to provide references for better explanations on usage intention of this field in the future.
