Study and practice on the basic data set of blood composition preparation

• 摘要：目的 建立血液成分制备环节的基本数据集，为实现区域或行业内成分制备各系统之间的互联互通，数据共享奠定基础。方法 通过收集、研究成分制备过程中自动化设备或信息系统提供的接口数据，梳理出信息共享的关键性指标，明确基本数据集内容，提取数据元并编制数据元目录及值域代码表。结果 研究建立了13个基本数据集，包括76个数据元和7个数据元值域代码。结论 建立成分制备基本数据集，不仅可以降低血站在系统对接上的时间、人力和资金成本，也可以促进行业内血液成分制备质量、效率、绩效监测和比对指标体系的完善。

  Abstract: Objectives The basic data set of blood component preparation is established, which lays a foundation for the interconnection and data sharing among various components preparation systems in the region or industry. Methods By collecting and studying the interface data provided by automatic equipment or information system in the process of component preparation, the key indicators of information sharing are sorted out, the contents of basic data sets are clarified, data elements are extracted and the catalog of data elements and the code table of range are compiled. Results 13 basic data sets were established, including 76 data elements and 7 data element range codes. Conclusion The establishment of a basic data set for component preparation can not only reduce the time, manpower and capital cost of system docking of blood banks, but also promote the improvement of the index system for the quality, efficiency, performance monitoring and comparison of blood component preparation in the industry.
