On the Perspective of Household Production of Health:Family Influencing Factors on Children’s Health and the relative contribution

• 摘要：目的：本文通过从家庭健康生产的视角,探究了家庭及监护人系统对儿童健康的影响以及不同维度因素的相对贡献度,为促进儿童健康提供理论依据。方法：基于2015年中国健康与营养(China Health and Nutrition Survey, CHNS)数据,使用线性回归模型、Logistic模型分别探究家庭健康生产相关因素对儿童年龄别身高Z评分(Height for Age Z-scores, HAZ)、超重肥胖以及自评健康的影响,并使用Shapley分解法计算各维度因素对子代健康的相对贡献度。结果：家庭环境系统、监护人系统以及儿童个体维度因素均显著影响子代HAZ、超重肥胖以及自评健康；Shapley分解显示,不同维度因素对儿童健康影响的相对贡献度存在差异。结论：建议关注家庭各维度因素对儿童健康的影响,尤其应加强母亲的健康教育,从而提升其对子代的健康管理能力。

  Abstract: Objective: This study aims to explore influencing factors of offspring’s health and examine each factors’ contribution. Method: Methods: Based on the 2015 China Health and Nutrition Survey, multivariate linear regression, logistic regression were used to examine influencing factors of household on child HAZ, overweight/obesity, and self-rated health, Shapley analysis was used to access contributions of these factors. Results: family environment, parental and children’s own characteristics significantly influence childrens HAZ, overweight/obesity status and self-rated health. Shapley analysis showed that those factors contributed differently to childrens health. Conclusions: Health promotion policies should pay attention to the influence of family factors on children’s health, and offer health education for mothers so as to enhance their ability to manage childrens health.
