    Abstract: 【Abstract】 The NLRP3 inflammasome is a multi-protein complex composed of NLRP3 protein, ASC, and Caspase-1, which can be activated by various stimuli and participates in the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis by promoting the production of inflammatory factors and inducing pyroptosis. Studies have found that AR symptoms can be improved and inflammatory responses can be reduced by inhibiting the inflammasome or pyroptosis-related signaling pathways. The NLRP3 inflammasome is expected to become a new therapeutic target.
