Abstract: Objective: To explore the rules of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for psoriasis vulgaris with stasis and heat intertwined. Methods: Search and build a database——By searching the relevant literature on stasis and heat interjunction psoriasis vulgaris in the three major Chinese databases of CNKI, Wanfang and VIP, the prescribed Chinese medicine data were entered into Microsoft Excel 2016 for frequency statistics, the frequency, four qi, five flavors and attribution of Chinese medicine were analyzed, and then IBM SPSS Modeler 18.1 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used to perform association rule analysis and cluster analysis of the data. Explore the characteristics of prescription composition and medication rules. Results: Through the search and sorting of the clinical literature of psoriasis vulgaris belonging to the stasis and heat syndrome, 38 articles that met the criteria were finally included, involving 38 prescriptions and 121 traditional Chinese medicines, including 14 high-frequency drugs (10 ≥ times), with Rehmannia rehmannia being the most common, with cold and slightly cold medicinal properties being the majority, bitter and sweet medicinal tastes, and the highest proportion of liver meridians in the meridians. The high-frequency drug cluster analysis could be divided into five categories, and the drug pair with the highest support in the association rule analysis was Baixianpi-Baihua snaketongue. Conclusion: Through the analysis of psoriasis vulgaris, which is characterized by stasis and heat interconnection, the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is mainly to clear heat and detoxify, promote blood circulation and remove stasis, and also dry and damp.
