Abstract: Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) is a chronic inflammatory liver disease caused by the persistent infection of HBV, characterized by a prolonged disease course and a tendency to relapse. Based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory and integrated with modern medical mechanisms, this study systematically analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of CHB and innovatively proposed a three - dimensional pathogenesis model, which includes damp - heat epidemic toxin lurking in the liver, dysregulation of the liver, spleen and kidney, and qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm concretion. The study revealed the disease evolution law from early qi stagnation to late deficiency of qi, blood, yin and yang, providing a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
