Influence of physicians information literacy on their task performance among Tertiary Hospitals

• 摘要：目的：了解公立三甲医院临床医生的信息素养和任务绩效现状，分析其影响因素与相互关系，为医院管理者提供实证依据。方法：编制医生信息素养量表和修订任务绩效量表，采取方便抽样，对5家公立三甲医院的277名医生开展线上调查。结果：医生信息素养总均分3.95±0.49；医生任务绩效均分4.31±0.66；信息素养各维度与任务绩效均存在相关关系；回归分析显示：信息能力（β=0.426，P<0.001）、信息伦理（β=0.274，P<0.001）、聘用形式（β=-0.140，P=0.004）、工龄（β=0.095，P=0.041）、年龄（β=0.098，P=0.043）进入回归方程，可解释医生任务绩效 45%的变异。结论：医生信息素养和任务绩效总体良好，建议医院管理者重视临床医生的信息素养提升。

  Abstract: Objective: To understand the status quo of information literacy and task performance of doctors in public tertiary hospitals, analyze their influencing factors and their relationships, and provide empirical evidence for hospital managers. Methods: Compile a doctor’s information literacy scale and amend the task performance scale, take convenient sampling, conduct an online survey of 290 doctors in 5 public tertiary hospitals, and retrieve 277 valid questionnaires with an effective rate of 95.5%. Results: The total average score of doctors’ information literacy was 3.95±0.49; the average score of doctors’ task performance was 4.31±0.66; the dimensions of information literacy had a correlation with task performance; regression analysis showed: information ability (β=0.426, P<0.001) , Information ethics (β=0.274, P<0.001), employment form (β=-0.140, P=0.004), length of service (β=0.095, P=0.041), age (β=0.098, P=0.043) enter the regression equation , Which can explain 45% of the doctor’s task performance variation. Conclusion: Doctors information literacy and task performance are generally good. It is recommended that hospital managers pay attention to the improvement of clinicians information literacy.
