协同治理视域下医学院校“?思政课”实践育?机制研究

The Practice-Based Education Mechanism of Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education in Medical Institutions Under Collaborative Governance

  • 摘要:本文基于协同治理理论,系统探究医学院校“大思政课”实践育人机制。研究首先阐明协同治理理论与“大思政课”理念在主体多元、机制协同与目标一致三个维度的高度契合,构建了具有医学特色的理论框架。通过剖析当前医学院校在资源整合、主体协同、制度设计、评价体系与医教融合五个方面面临的现实困境,研究提出系统化的机制设计方案:构建以党委为核心的多元主体协同网络,完善制度保障和激励举措,搭建数字化资源共享平台,推进“思政课程+课程思政”协同模式。该研究旨在通过构建科学有效的实践育人机制,为提升医学院校“大思政课”育人实效提供理论支撑与实践路径。

    Abstract: Based on the theory of collaborative governance, this paper systematically investigates the practice-oriented education mechanism of the Macro-Level Ideological and Political Education in medical universities. The research begins by elucidating the high degree of compatibility between collaborative governance theory and the concept of Macro-Level Ideological and Political Education across three dimensions: pluralistic subjects, synergistic mechanisms, and aligned objectives, thereby constructing a theoretical framework with distinctive medical characteristics. Through an analysis of the practical challenges currently faced by medical universities in five areas—resource integration, stakeholder collaboration, institutional design, evaluation systems, and the integration of medical and ideological education—the study proposes a systematic mechanism design. This includes: building a pluralistic collaborative network with the Party Committee at its core, improving institutional safeguards and incentive measures, establishing digital resource-sharing platforms, and advancing the collaborative model of Ideological and Political Courses + Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education. This research aims to provide theoretical support and practical pathways for enhancing the effectiveness of the Macro-Level Ideological and Political Education in medical universities through the construction of a scientific and effective practice-oriented education mechanism.
